How to Install jmtpfs software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

jmtpfs software package provides FUSE based filesystem for accessing MTP devices, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install jmtpfs

jmtpfs is installed in your system.

Make ensure the jmtpfs package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep jmtpfs *

You will get with jmtpfs package name, version, architecture and description in a table
